Amazing customer service. I'm always in and out quickly and everyone is very nice. Today there was 6 patients and 6 employees. They're extremely efficient and respectful of their patients (and their parent's) time.

Excellent, I’m so happy with the doctors and how nice and professional all of them are.
It’s Been a long road, almost two years, but I’m so happy that I went forward to have this Invisalign treatment. My teeth are perfectly straight now, and Invisalign even corrected my bite. It took an awhile and a lot of patience, but so worth it. Just wish I had done it sooner. Im 65, and want to keep all of my teeth until I’m gone. They were starting to get crooked, and creating some problems. Something needed to be done, so glad I did it. I’m so happy👍

We’ve been with Axelrode for a few months now and have had the best experience! My daughter got her braces today and I was so impressed with how every detail was explained to her and not just to me. She was told about all the tools that would be used, how it would be used and how it would feel so she understood the entire process. Every step was thoroughly explained to her. I think It’s so important to speak to the children so they feel apart of the process! I remember as a kid, nurses and drs only speaking to my parents which made me feel confused and lost on what was happening. Thank you so much for including the patient and not just the parent!!

My kiddo was hesitant about her first visit to the orthodontist but had a great experience overall! The office has an awesome rewards system with prizes and all. The scans she had to do were a little uncomfortable but otherwise she was pretty excited about her visit.

My sons have been coming to Dr. Axelrode for almost two years. The staff are friendly, helpful, and gentle. My kids have never felt pain when getting expanders or braces put in. Love the staff and the vibe of this business! The doc is honest, reliable, and communicative from start to finish. I’ve been coming here for 2 years for my braces and have never had a problem. The receptionists are also friendly and understanding when it comes to rescheduling.
Also, I opted to keep my gap (just close it a little) and the doc has been supportive of my decision and always checks in about the spacing.

I took my daughter in for a consultation. I've always known she would need braces, I was just nervous if the process. I've seen kids that have them on for 5+years. But I was shown the plan specifically tailored to my daughter's dental needs. They walked we through the road she would take on her journey and so 1 year ago we began with her expander. Then in October, she got her first brackets and she is happy, excited! I'm glad it's been smooth so far. This office is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Really friendly , my daughter just started her treatment and they are awesome, they work with you and and super friendly. They make kids feel welcomed and comfortable!
My daughter just finished phase 1 of her orthodontics and we had a wonderful experience with the staff overall. Everyone was friendly and explained everything so we understood the plan. I liked that they explained the pros of regular braces vs Invisalign which we read was not the best option for kids, the costs, care of the expander, braces/brackets, and finally the retainer!
Kids get to choose colors of their expander/bands that go on the brackets, and the retainer is which help kids feel better about having braces. I loved that they also give incentives for good oral care through “orthobucks” program where patients can redeem for gift cards. Highly recommend!

My daughter was so scared to get braces but thank God for Jona. She made my daughter feel so comfortable & safe. She doesn’t want anyone else to work on her but Jona. As for the doctor, Dr. Ryan was so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this office. Best doctors & staff you could ask for!

Our boys received the best care from Patricia! She took her time and gave a wonderful consult and made the kids very comfortable. The office was very organized and pleasant. We love the new location . Ample parking too. All the technicians were solid as well ! So happy with our decision to come to Axelrode !

This place is so clean , the instruments were the cleanest I have ever had in my mouth. In the parking lot a strong young man helped lift a large wheel chair into my trunk. I believe his name was Quinn. This Orthodontist is the best .

My sons have been going to Axelrode Orthodontic in Vallejo for their Orthodontic treatment. I’m very satisfied, Dr. Eric is very gentle and the Assistants are very well experienced, especially Jona Padilla, she’s very gentle and very thorough. she makes my kids feel comfortable. they have a great team.
