Great service

I took my daughter in for a consultation. I've always known she would need braces, I was just nervous if the process. I've seen kids that have them on for 5+years. But I was shown the plan specifically tailored to my daughter's dental needs. They walked we through the road she would take on her journey and so 1 year ago we began with her expander. Then in October, she got her first brackets and she is happy, excited! I'm glad it's been smooth so far. This office is very knowledgeable and experienced.

I have been going here for about 2 years and it has been an overall great experience.

We have had a good experience at Dr. Axelrode’s Moraga office. They are always timely, friendly and helpful. My son still has his braces on but we have been happy this far!

My daughter just finished phase 1 of her orthodontics and we had a wonderful experience with the staff overall. Everyone was friendly and explained everything so we understood the plan. I liked that they explained the pros of regular braces vs Invisalign which we read was not the best option for kids, the costs, care of the expander, braces/brackets, and finally the retainer!Kids get to choose colors of their expander/bands that go on the brackets, and the retainer is which help kids feel better about having braces. I loved that they also give incentives for good oral care through “orthobucks” program where patients can redeem for gift cards. Highly recommend!

Both of my kids go to Axelrode orthodontics. They are very patient with my son, who was fearful of the different treatments. They offer flexible payment plans, have great decorations, and all of their staff have been friendly and welcoming.

They are comfortable after their procedures and especially love getting an ortho buck towards various prizes after their appointment. Fantastic office filled with friendly and knowledgeable staff. From our intake with Patricia and Alex to the actual placement of the brackets, we've had nothing short of exceptional service and care. Dr. Axelrode and the team provide thoughtful and comprehensive care and have fostered an office environment with intentional and meaningful attention to patient needs. I went here for a consultation because my permanent wired retainer broke after 10 years from another office. I was wanting to see if I need a replacement. The staff (Vallejo office) is so nice from the time I made the appointment on the phone to the day of the visit. (I also asked on the phone to make sure the consultation is free because sometimes some office would only give you a free consultation if you do a service with them, but they assured me it is a free consultation). The front desk was so nice. The receptionist offered coffee and water while waiting. And I only waited like 5 minutes after checked in, then a gentleman called me in to take X-rays, and full view pictures of my teeth. Then I was taken to another room by Patricia, the treatment coordinator, for cost of any retainer replacement that I need. Then the orthodontist came in to check my teeth again with measurements. She was so nice, honest, and genuine. She said because I wear a night guard at night, it acts as a retainer so I won’t need a replacement if I don’t want to. Patricia was so nice and honest, too, and gave me some good tips on brushing. She was so personable. I wanted to say how great the staff is here and I would recommend anyone with orthodontics needs to come to this office. They show great customer service, and I appreciate them. I want to thank them for the complimentary consultation. Now I have peace of mind and will come back to your office if I have any orthodontic needs. Thanks so much again!!

Great Place, Great Service, Nice People

Excellent, I’m so happy with the doctors and how nice and professional all of them are.It’s Been a long road, almost two years, but I’m so happy that I went forward to have this Invisalign treatment. My teeth are perfectly straight now, and Invisalign even corrected my bite. It took an awhile and a lot of patience, but so worth it. Just wish I had done it sooner. Im 65, and want to keep all of my teeth until I’m gone. They were starting to get crooked, and creating some problems. Something needed to be done, so glad I did it. I’m so happy👍

We’ve been with Axelrode for a few months now and have had the best experience! My daughter got her braces today and I was so impressed with how every detail was explained to her and not just to me. She was told about all the tools that would be used, how it would be used and how it would feel so she understood the entire process. Every step was thoroughly explained to her. I think It’s so important to speak to the children so they feel apart of the process! I remember as a kid, nurses and drs only speaking to my parents which made me feel confused and lost on what was happening. Thank you so much for including the patient and not just the parent!!

I started with Alex Axelrode at his first practice In El Sobrante many,many years ago. This is my second time around for Invisalign this time and my how things have changed! I am still referring my friends and their children. I absolutely love all the orthodontists and assistants!

The orthodontists are GREAT, the staff are EXCELLENT!! That says a lot for someone like myself who doesn't like going to the dentist 🙄. I've been coming to Axelrode for over a year now and I've only had good experiences. 😁

Dr Chun, Ashley and April have been helping me for the past several years with my braces and they have been nothing short of amazing!!! My teeth were horrible! I mean…really really bad. They took my case as a challenge to show how good they are. And they hit it out of the park! My teeth and my bite are so much better! They pulled out every tool in the tool box for my mouth and I’m telling you, these 3 are rock stars. They did it without having to pull a single tooth! I wouldn’t go to anyone but them! Their work speaks for itself! I cannot thank them enough. If you need braces, go see Dr. Chun, Ashley and April and they will get you fixed up RIGHT!

Amazing customer service. I'm always in and out quickly and everyone is very nice. Today there was 6 patients and 6 employees. They're extremely efficient and respectful of their patients (and their parent's) time.
